Delivery Policy


You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. 

All orders are sent via The Courier Guy or Dawn Wing.

Local (KZN) - 1 to 2 days. Cape Town, JHB, surrounds and outlying - 2 to 3 days

Please note for some Thandana items, manufacturing lead times apply in addition to the shipping periods.


If you want to exchange a product for a different size you can send an email to and let us know your order number and the item you want to exchange. You will then receive return instructions and we will send you the exchange as soon as we get the return.

You can return an unworn item within 7 days of receiving your order.

To start the return process, send an email to and let us know which item you want to return. We will arrange a collection of the item with our courier. Once we have received the item, we will issue a credit voucher or refund. Please do not send us returns without contacting us first. 

You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns/exchanges yourself. 

We carefully inspect each item before sending it but if you do receive a defective item, notify us and we will arrange a collection.

Once we've inspected it, we'll let you know whether the product will be replaced. You will be refunded the additional shipping costs that may occur.
