SIZE CHART
How do I work out my size?
We stock a variety of brands and fits and sizing may vary. However, we do choose brands where the fits are true to size and are generally similar to the sizing of our own apparel.
Use this size chart when selecting Willow Apparel and as a guide for purchasing from other brands.

Remember if the item does not fit, we’re happy to exchange it within 7 days of you receiving your order.

How do I take my measurements?
Bust - Measure under the arms at the fullest point around the bust.
Waist - Measure around the natural waistline
Hips - With your feet together, measure the fullest part.
SHIPPING
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.
How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent via The Courier Guy or Dawn Wing.
How long does shipping take?
Local (KZN) - 1 to 2 days. Cape Town, JHB, surrounds and outlying - 2 to 3 days
Please note for some Thandana items, manufacturing lead times apply in addition to the shipping periods.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, of course. If you want to exchange a product for a different size you can send an email to willow@iafrica.com and let us know your order number and the item you want to exchange. You will then receive return instructions and we will send you the exchange as soon as we get the return.
How can I return an item?
You can return an unworn item within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start the return process, send an email to willow@iafrica.com and let us know which item you want to return. We will arrange a collection of the item with our courier. Once we have received the item, we will issue a credit voucher or refund. Please do not send us returns without contacting us first.
Who pays for the shipping when I return or exchange an item?
You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns/exchanges yourself.
Defective Items
We carefully inspect each item before sending it but if you do receive a defective item, notify us and we will arrange a collection.
Once we've inspected it, we'll let you know whether the product will be replaced. You will be refunded the additional shipping costs that may occur
